Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating communication with consumers and providing service before, during, and after the sales process
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
  • Becoming skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers
  • Attending training sessions and meetings with other Customer Experience Specialist members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
  • Assisting in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
