Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • Comfort and proficiency using computers and customer-facing software
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
