Job Responsibilities

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options and answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support to clients
  • Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs and providing guidance on how to navigate our insurance offerings
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Entry-Level Qualifications

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with arenaflex. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • No prior experience in insurance or customer service is required – we're committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed
  • High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
