Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, responding to their queries, and providing exceptional customer service. We'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to handle common questions and provide accurate responses. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, working autonomously, and following detailed instructions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • A minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during busy periods
