Job Summary

As a Night Shift Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will also assist customers in placing online orders, process payments securely, and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation. This is a full-time, rotational shift position, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with a 1-hour break.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing online orders

• Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer support

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, writing, and reading)

• Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a typing speed of at least 40wpm (90% accuracy)
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of food ordering apps or related industries
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with diverse customer bases
