Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Product Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver high-quality product testing and development services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in In-Home Usage Tests (IHUTs), where you'll be asked to test and provide feedback on various products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in In-Home Usage Tests (IHUTs) and provide detailed feedback on products and services
* Properly document IHUTs as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
* Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
* Some IHUT projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
* Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
* Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
* Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability are essential
* Good communication skills are an asset
* Must be 18 years or older
