Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across various industries. - Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail. - Complete end-to-end member requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the dining, experiences, travel, or luxury goods industries. - Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or remote customer service role. - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP). - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. - Bilingual or multilingual skills.
