Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing knowledge of Arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating customer issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience with social media or online communities, with a focus on customer service and engagement
