Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of Arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell Arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with Arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
