Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting up and configuring new client accounts in our platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and a positive customer experience
  • Reviewing and interpreting data from various sources, ensuring accurate platform uploads and providing actionable insights to clients
  • Managing multiple customer account implementations simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results
  • Handling support cases in a high-volume environment with quick response times, providing timely updates to clients on project status
  • Collaborating with Technical Support and Product Development teams to advocate for customer needs, driving product enhancements, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume call center or customer support environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities, with experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) a plus
  • Availability for East Coast shifts (8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, or 10AM-6PM EST)
  • Located in the United States
  • High-volume call center or customer support experience a plus
