Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promoting and selling services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Processing customer orders, cancellations, and providing comprehensive information on our offerings
  • Addressing and resolving billing inquiries and complaints with precision and empathy
  • Maintaining and updating customer records accurately in our database following interactions
  • Staying informed about our services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Collaborating with team members to find solutions for complex customer issues
  • Managing service disconnections and reconnections for customers with overdue payments
  • Handling payment processing and collection for delinquent accounts professionally
  • Exhibiting active listening and multitasking skills during customer interactions
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Anticipating customer needs and presenting effective resolutions swiftly

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telecom services is preferred

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous
