Role Overview
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights platform. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data models, develop statistical models, and create data visualizations that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our data science and analytics teams to design, build, and maintain data models, statistical models, and data visualizations that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support our VOC analytics and insights platform
- Work closely with our product and process owners to identify business needs and develop technical deliverables that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain statistical models, data visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with our agile development teams to deliver small increments of product to business groups
- Develop and maintain automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with our GSN and AET teams to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of our VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Strong expertise in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery of small increments of product to business groups
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, clustering, and decision trees
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies, including Amazon Redshift and Apache Hadoop
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
