The Role

As a part-time data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by accurately and efficiently processing financial data. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process financial data, including transactions, accounts, and reports

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with financial software and systems, including Succeed

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
