Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce data entry specialist to join our global team in a remote capacity. This is a part-time, flexible position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Salesforce data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and entering data on the Salesforce.com CRM platform, as well as performing other administrative tasks to support our team.
Responsibilities
* Data Entry to Salesforce: Enter data into the Salesforce.com CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking: Ensure that data is properly labeled and tracked within the Salesforce platform.
- Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io: Research and gather contact information for our clients and partners using our proprietary tools.
- Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce: Research and gather information about our clients and partners, and enter it into the Salesforce platform.
- With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects: Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent training: We're open to students with strong GPAs and a commitment to intellectual rigor.
- Strong data entry Salesforce experience: Previous experience with Salesforce data entry is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Strong research skills: The ability to research and gather information quickly and accurately is essential.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills are required to work effectively with our team.

Duration and Location
* The position is available part-time (5-20 hours per week): Work a schedule that suits your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
- Minimum six month commitment: Commit to a minimum of six months, with the opportunity to extend your contract.
- Remote positions: Work from the comfort of your own home, with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries.
