Job Summary
As a Work-From-Home Sales & Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling our products and services. You'll also be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing feedback to our clients on customer satisfaction.
