About the Role:
As a Sales Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving our sales efforts forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Uploading data of landing page and website new leads on marketing sheets
- Conducting extensive searches on the web to find leads and company contact information
- Executing periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
- Executing periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
- Reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
- Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data entry
- A detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Methodical and able to follow processes
- Excellent English skills (able to read and understand it)
- Self-starter, able to explore, learn, and work independently
- Ability to manage concurrent tasks
- Advanced English level
