Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical or account-related problems
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
  • Addressing customer concerns with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive experience
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
  • Accurately logging and documenting all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Preparing and submitting reports on chat support activities, including common issues and customer feedback
  • Providing insights and suggestions for improving support processes and customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
