[Remote] Account Coordinator, Paid Social
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DEPT® is a pioneering technology and marketing services company that creates integrated end-to-end digital experiences for brands. As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide vital production support for your account team, including data analysis, campaign management, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Learning the fundamentals of DEPT’s paid social marketing methodologies
- Sharpening your technical skills in Excel by demonstrating proficiency in sorting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and v-lookups
- Implementing tasks via Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest Ads Manager platforms
- Uploading & editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, negatives, and other standard account management tasks
- Identifying performance trends, understanding the metrics, and developing report write-ups with clear explanations and insights
- Understanding bidding methodologies (smart bidding vs manual) and the strategy behind bid adjustments
- Updating, monitoring, and communicating budget pacing performance to the wider team while flagging any areas that are pacing above/below KPIs
- Successfully speaking to channel performance on client calls
Skills
- 1+ year of paid social or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (ability to pivot data, VLookup, and pull out insights)
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Upper intermediate oral English level as all our clients are from abroad
- Willingness to go to the office in CABA (Villa Crespo) or Mar del Plata a few times a week
- Meta Ads Certification
- Experience working with TikTok and Snapchat
- Energetic and creative marketing enthusiast; eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow in the marketing space
- Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
