Associate Product Manager
The Weather Company is the world’s leading weather provider, helping people and businesses make more informed decisions with advanced technology and AI. The Associate Product Manager will drive impactful initiatives, design and analyze growth experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Web Consumer Platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and delivery of impactful initiatives
- Design, ship, and analyze growth experiments across key surfaces
- Partner with our web data scientist to develop sophisticated, data-informed experiment hypotheses
- Build new products in collaboration to reduce friction to value and drive engagement
- Optimize existing growth surfaces
- Lead cross-functional execution with design, data science, marketing, and strategy/ops to drive alignment across the organization
Skills
- 1-3 years in product management
- Strong analytical skills - you are able to interpret data and work with data scientists
- Shipped features with measurable impact
- Comfortable with experiment design and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication across functions
- Design/product sense and a taste for what great looks like visually
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
- Background with consumer subscription products
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Preset, etc.)
