Marketing Operations Associate
Papa Pixels is a growing digital marketing agency based in Kansas City, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to help run day-to-day marketing execution for their clients. This role is ideal for recent college graduates looking to break into digital marketing and will involve training in ad campaign management and creative design.
Responsibilities
- You'll be trained to build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, design ad creatives in Canva, write ad copy, and build landing pages in GoHighLevel
- Over time, you'll own more of the day-to-day marketing execution for our client accounts
- You'll work side by side with the founder every day and learn the business from the ground up
Skills
- Recent college graduate or 0-2 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic comfort with software tools (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
- Marketing coursework or internships are a plus but not required
- A portfolio or examples of creative work are a plus but not required
