Your Role
As a remote student customer care representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via chat, email, and phone. Your tasks will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information about our products and services, including features, pricing, and membership options
- Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
- Collecting customer feedback and helping to optimize internal processes
- Maintaining our knowledge base and ensuring that it's up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
- Enrolled at a university (full-time)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner

- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with customer service software and tools (ideally)
