Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions to their problems
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, including pricing, shipping, and product information

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
