Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to join our product team at SiFi. You’ll report directly to the Director of Product and take full ownership of growth-critical product surfaces: from how customers discover and onboard onto SiFi, to how they experience rewards, manage subscriptions, and expand their usage over time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can blend customer empathy, strategic thinking, and execution rigor. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data & AI, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver products that customers love and regulators trust. As a member of the product team, you'll also work directly with leadership to strategize and execute on company-defining initiatives that shape SiFi's trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered apps to assist the workflows of growth across the company (examples include: a self-serve landing page prototype, an agent that can autonomously run experiments for paid ads across channels, an LLM copilot for creating new sales collateral, etc.)
  • Drive product-led growth by designing and shipping features, workflows, and freemium models that increase renewals, referrals, expansion revenue, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success, using data to guide product decisions and continuously optimize features.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality product features and growth initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define requirements, ship enhancements, and maximize qualified leads across GTM channels.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Combine business and product/technical acumen to build customer-facing (e.g. better application user flows) and internal products (e.g. sales automation) to drive business value.
  • Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests, feature flags, pilots) with clear hypotheses and success criteria, and share learnings across the org.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap based on customer needs and business priorities, owning execution from concept to launch.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights, analyzing product usage data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor other Product Managers across squads where needed, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation of key aspects of the product development lifecycle (e.g., best practices in conducting user research, product discovery, etc.).
  • Engage with key partners, such as reward redemption partners, payment processors, and other fin-tech companies, to identify and pursue opportunities for integration, collaboration, and growth.
  • Design and ship growth tools and entry-point experiences that capture demand, qualify leads, and reduce friction from first touch to product activation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product team to drive growth and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Stay current on AI tooling, growth tactics, and competitive landscape to continuously raise the bar on what SiFi ships.
  • Ensure product decisions align with compliance, SAMA requirements, and SiFi’s strategic goals.
  • Adhere to company values.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management, founding or consulting experience (less if exceptional impact can be demonstrated)
  • Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
  • Prior marketing or marketing tech experience is strongly preferred, especially in building growth with organic channels.
  • Proven record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clear PRDs and present product strategy to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
