Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with clients virtually to discuss their supplemental benefits needs, providing personalized consultations, and helping them select the best plans to fit their families' requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, via phone, email, or online platforms

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and related products
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
