Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. This includes taking phone calls, taking orders, making pizzas, completing cash transactions, and providing a great customer service experience. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

* Take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their orders on time
• Make pizzas to order, following arenaflex's high standards for quality and presentation
• Complete cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Provide a great customer service experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and safety
• Lift up to 25 lbs, as needed
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications
