Job Description

As a Customer Service and Delivery Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the subject expert on new car technology, assisting new car buyers in explaining and customizing their vehicle's features to fit their personal needs. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring world-class service, and following up with new car buyers to ensure their satisfaction. Your technical aptitude and passion for new cars will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist new car buyers in explaining and customizing their vehicle's technology features

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring world-class service
  • Follow up with new car buyers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date on new car technology and features
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

* High school degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a customer service-related position (prior experience as an Automotive Delivery or CSI Coordinator is a plus)
  • Professional appearance and bearing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in electronic technical support and/or technical aptitude is required
