Implementation Specialist
NRC Health is committed to bringing Human Understanding to healthcare for patients and communities. The Implementation Specialist will lead clients through the technical implementation process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple projects and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading new or existing clients through the technical implementation process and helping users understand, test, integrate, and scale our solutions
- Manage multiple projects and timelines
- Work with all aspects of survey administration and data collection throughout the implementation process and work with internal and external customers to ensure successful and timely configuration after the point of new sale or existing customer up-sell
- Document and communicate project status, data, configuration, and logistical issues with customers
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- HTML and/or JavaScript is a plus
- SEO and Google Analytics experience is a plus
- SQL experience is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus
