In 2025, we’re expanding from 9 to 40 stores across London — with even bigger plans ahead. We’re reimagining the high street, and we’d love you to be part of it.
We’re always on the lookout for customer service stars with Post Office experience (and a Smart ID) to join our flexible talent pool. This means you could be called in for:
Emergency cover at short notice, or
Temporary contracts during peak trading periods (a few weeks to a few months).
If you bring the flexibility and expertise we need, we’ll give you a professional, friendly and fun environment to work in.
We have two levels available
Experts – Strong knowledge of Post Office systems and processes, combined with excellent customer service skills.
Team Leaders – Proven leadership experience in a Post Office environment, with in-depth knowledge of Post Office systems and the ability to lead and support a team.
