Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop reports, and analyze data to provide actionable insights. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle.
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred.
