Job Summary

As a Data Entry Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, entering data accurately and efficiently, and working collaboratively with our internal teams to meet customer needs. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently in various platforms
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (not required but preferred)

  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Data entry and business skills
  • Effective listening and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize details and resolve issues
  • Experience with personal computers and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail

  • Full-time and part-time telemarketing position jobs
  • Reps typically earn $1000 to $2000 plus a week
