Responsibilities as a Teleworking Entry Level Customer Support Associate

As a Teleworking Entry Level Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customers' experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing for customers by developing proposals, anticipating objections, and attending daily sales meetings to ensure a smooth sales process

  • Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins

  • Efficiently navigating our order entry system and scheduling dates as necessary

Shift and Relocation Requirements
