Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Outbound and inbound calls: Engage with clients and potential clients to set appointments, provide education, and sell life and supplemental health insurance.
- Utilizing the Zoom platform: Leverage the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
- Assisting clients and potential clients: Help clients and potential clients complete electronic applications.
- Attending team training: Participate in team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
