Role Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in refining child assistance payments in our State Price Device (SDU) body according to Standard Operating Procedures. You'll be responsible for collecting, investigating, coordinating, and analyzing information to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also be tasked with other duties as delegated by our team leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Refine child assistance payments in the SDU body according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Collect, investigate, coordinate, and analyze information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Perform other tasks as delegated by team leaders
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Meet stringent timelines and deadlines while working independently or as part of a team
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of plans and methods
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, persistence, and politeness
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing deadlines and priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with State Price Device (SDU) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
