What to Expect

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues and service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
  • Accurately addressing customer questions, requests, and concerns in a professional and empathetic tone

What We're Looking For
