Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time or part-time remote position with flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. As a blithequark Advisor at Home, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with blithequark products, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Guide customers through product setup and features, ensuring they get the most out of their blithequark products.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay updated on the latest blithequark products and services, including features, updates, and releases.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction goals, contributing to the success of the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Located within the United States.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform job duties.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience with blithequark products or similar technology.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting.
