Job Overview:
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff via live chat. Your primary role is to provide quick, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries regarding school programs, admissions, policies, and general support needs. You will be an integral part of our customer support team, working remotely to provide exceptional service and support to our community.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist with inquiries about enrollment, tuition, schedules, school policies, and more.
- Provide basic technical support for student portals and online systems.
- Document chat interactions accurately for future reference.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
- Stay informed about school programs, deadlines, and updates to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong written communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations at once.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with chat software, CRM systems, and online ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (College education preferred but not required).
