Job Description
We're seeking part-time Customer Service/Sales Representatives to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their orders, communicating with them via phone, email, and chat, and providing knowledgeable answers to their questions about our products and services. You'll also work closely with internal departments to meet our customers' needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Available Shifts
We offer flexible part-time schedules, with 15-20 hours per week available. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with a provided phone and all the necessary tools to succeed. Our part-time compensation package includes $300 per week, plus commission, ensuring that your hard work is rewarded.
Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through their orders and processing them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
- Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving any issues that may arise
- Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability
- Working with internal departments to meet our customers' needs
- Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items
- Resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience; bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
