Job Description

As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support via phone and ensuring their questions are answered promptly and efficiently. Your tasks will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries related to subscriptions, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and guiding users on how to utilize various features of the arenaflex platform.
  • Accurately entering customer information and data into our database.
  • Updating customer records, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.
  • Providing feedback on customer concerns and suggesting improvements to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

Requirements
