What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
• Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues
• Making recommendations to customers to close sales and provide a personalized shopping experience
• Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide a white-glove service experience

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• A post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• High-speed internet (at least 15 Mbps) and a reliable smartphone or device for daily log-in
• A USB wired headset (although a Bluetooth headset is not recommended)
