About arenaflex's Patient Customer Service Department

arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities

As a Patient Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
  • Initiating payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
  • Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
  • Maintaining performance goals
  • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to work from home with a dedicated workspace
  • Be able to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
  • Have previous medical and/or call center experience (a plus)

Technical Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient work experience, you will need:

  • An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with an Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with an Ethernet port)

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST).
