What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues, ensuring that customers receive the white glove treatment they deserve
  • Making recommendations of products or services to close sales and exceed customer expectations

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
