Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined in the comprehensive client training program, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Manage credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest level of quality control.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to commit to 40 hours of work per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
