Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our digital databases. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our digital databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Customer Service Support: Update order statuses for customers and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure accuracy.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents and retrieve data from various sources as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Document Management: Scan documents and print files as needed, and store completed work in designated locations.
  • Backup Operations: Perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to think analytically and make sound decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience: Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role is a plus.

  • Certifications: Certifications in data entry or customer service are a plus.
