We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors to join our team of TaskForce professionals to effectively complete a wide range of field tasks such as property inspections and maintenance verifications.
Responsibilities
- Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks, such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks and more
- Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task
- Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion
- Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation
- Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with the Home365
- Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters
- Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines
