As a Technology Analyst in our Workday Data Migrations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex by driving strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance our business operations and customer experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Engineering, and Product Owners, to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and technologies to resolve a wide range of issues and improve business outcomes

• Collaborate with other Technology Analysts to provide expert advice and solutions within your area of expertise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field and identify opportunities to apply new technologies and innovations to drive business value
• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, options, or approaches to problems
• Estimate the effort and value of proposed solutions and apply business acumen to make informed decisions
• Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
• Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and complete tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
• Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and integration
• Identify and proactively address program risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
• Perform other work assignments as directed by your Supervisor

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Strong knowledge of technical conditions and software development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate the analysis into actionable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams and tasks
• Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of productivity and fulfillment; willing to coach others to do the same
• Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Experience working with Workday or similar enterprise software systems
• Experience with data migration, integration, and analytics
• Certification in business analysis, project management, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
