Project Systems & Data Administrator (Early-Career Opportunity)

They are seeking a Project Systems & Data Administrator to support project and employee data management while gaining experience in project planning and management support.

Responsibilities

  • Support company-wide project and employee data management
  • Gain hands-on experience in project planning and project management support
  • Maintain accurate project and employee data in our Deltek Vantagepoint system
  • Develop reports that support staffing, workload planning, and business decision-making

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (required) — degrees in IT, engineering, or unrelated technical fields are not a match for this role
  • Zero to three years of relevant experience; internships and entry-level roles welcome
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in long-term growth within project planning or project management
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar systems
