Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script. You'll also be responsible for scheduling customer appointments, assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services, and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script. * Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages. * Schedule customer appointments for the service drive. * Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties. * Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers. * Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
