Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
• Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that our team has the information they need to deliver exceptional services.
• Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Supporting the administrative team with additional tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the success of our team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
