[Remote] Reporting & Operations Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. This remote position involves managing critical data reporting for investor relationships and supporting team members with various reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle critical data reporting for sensitive investor relationships
• Compile and post property and investor reports, benefit schedules, and broker reports
• Manage document activities and support team members with quarterly investor reports
• Run and review reports to ensure they are posted to the portal by essential deadlines
• Review benefits schedules for accuracy and ensure timely postings

Skills

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Target Reporting Analyst / Data Reporting Assistant / Investor Reporting Coordinator profiles with strong experience in report generation, data accuracy review, PDF report handling, and document management, preferably in financial services, real estate, or investment management environments
• Intermediate to advanced skills in client applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (PDF reporting)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills
• Adaptability to shift priorities and meet deadlines
• Entry-level business writing
