- Working 1:1 with your assigned SMB customers
- Implementing Trainual for customers
- Create value long term for the customer
Skills
- Experience in customer service or customer success roles, preferably in a software implementation context
- Strong understanding of small business operations and challenges
- Ability to conduct training sessions effectively via Zoom
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and provide consultative support
- Ability to create and maintain detailed call notes and resource recommendations
